FAQs

Order

What is the status of my order?

You will receive the status of your orders via email as a shipping confirmation. Your shipment is fully trackable - we will email you a link with your tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Please check your tracking link for any updates on your deliveries.

Is it possible to order by fax?

No, currently it is not possible to order by FAX yet. Alternatively, please feel free to email it to us via service@pallit.com

How can I change my order?

You have changed your mind? No problem - as long as the order has not been packed, you can change or cancel it. In this case, it is best to call us immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you can revoke it. This means that you can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can find more information about cancellation here.

I entered an incorrect address. What should I do now?

No problem - as long as the order has not been packed, you can change the address through our customer service. Please call us as soon as possible.

Which payment methods are offered?

We support all major payment methods: Choose between Paypal, credit cards like Visa or Mastercard and more methods.

Warranty

Do you offer additional warranty on pallet stackers?

Yes, our pallet stackers are robust and reliable. So much so that we offer a 5 year warranty. Excluded are wear parts and batteries.

Returns

I would like to return my order. How do I proceed now?

For the return of your product(s), please ask us for a return slip. To do this, we need your customer number and the receipt number that you find on the invoice. We will then send you the return label by mail and you can directly print out the label yourself and stick it on. You can find more information about returns here.

We get small businesses because we are one too. We are 25 people, based in Germany near Munich. Our company's legal entity behind Pallit.com is named 'Trading EU GmbH'. In our home market Germany we have a reputation for selling high quality products at very competitive prices.
